We will send you an application pack and a summary of the Lettings Policy.
It is your responsibility to make sure that all the information on your application is correct when you apply, and updated later if anything changes e.g. a child is born, or someone leaves the household.
We want your experience of Bournemouth HomeChoice to be a happy and useful one and we will need you to abide by the rules to help us make this happen for you. We will do all we can to help you with this.
IF YOU SAY SOMETHING TO DELIBERATELY MISLEAD US WE WILL WITHDRAW ANY SUBSEQUENT OFFER OF ACCOMMODATION AND MAY REMOVE YOUR NAME FROM THE REGISTER
If we rehouse you as a result of misleading information your new home is likely to be repossessed and you may be liable for a fine up to £5000.
If your circumstances have changed, please download this formChange of Circumstances and return to us at the address below. Alternatively ring us on 01202 451467 to tell us of the change
If you do not tell us about any important changes and you later win a bid then we may withdraw the offer AND remove your name from the Register.
