Bournemouth HomeChoice gives you more choice about where you want to live.
Everybody accepted onto the Housing Register can take part and bid for homes in Bournemouth. The properties you see advertised belong to the Council or to Registered Social Landlords who are our partners.
Properties are advertised on a weekly basis. You will be able to see basic details about each property available.
We will provide feedback on previous properties that have been advertised so you will be able to see in which band the successful bidder was placed for each property.
Please note that by joining Bournemouth HomeChoice you are agreeing to stick to all the rules for using the system and especially to make sure that all the information you give us is correct when you join and then updated when it needs to be.

Please also refer to "The Banding Scheme", via the "Scheme Guide" button above, about an important change from July 2009 in the way the system will target some vacancies at applications in bands lower than Priority band.
