As well as social housing properties, we are now offering the chance to bid on privately rented properties. Each week there will be different properties advertised, take a look and see!
We are working with the Private Sector Landlords to help you get the property that best suits your needs in the area that you want to live in.
NB These properties will be Assured Shorthold Tenancies and you may need to find a deposit and rent in advance.

Everybody accepted onto the Housing Register can take part and bid for homes in Bournemouth. The properties you see advertised belong to the Council, Registered Social Landlords or Private Landlords who are our partners.
Properties are advertised on a weekly basis. You will be able to see basic details about each property available.
We will provide feedback on previous properties that have been advertised so you will be able to see in which band the successful bidder was placed for each property.
